Terms of Service
Noxu Platform — managed Website as a Service (WaaS) solution.

By subscribing to a service plan with Noxu ("the Agency"), based in Antwerp, Belgium, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Service (Website as a Service)
Noxu provides a managed Website as a Service (WaaS) solution. This includes high-performance hosting, security monitoring, and concierge content updates.
ImportantThis is a subscription-based lease model. You are paying for the right to use the Noxu platform and its output; this is not a one-time purchase of source code or a transfer of software ownership.
2. Service Plans & Minimum Commitment
Growth Plan
With a monthly subscription of €145. Minimum commitment of 12 months.
Total contract value: €1,740
Professional Plan
Plus €79/month. No minimum commitment beyond setup.
3. Payment & Subscription
Processing: All payments are processed in advance via Stripe.
Late Payment: If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, Noxu may suspend the Client's website.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- The Noxu Platform: The Agency retains 100% ownership of the underlying architecture.
- The Client Content: The Client retains all rights to their brand assets and copy.
- Portability: Upon cancellation, business data can be exported. Proprietary code cannot be transferred.
5. Concierge Updates & Maintenance
"Unlimited Updates" refer to text modifications, photo swaps, and minor layout tweaks.
6. Security & Liability
Noxu utilizes enterprise-grade, Headless architecture for maximum security. We are not liable for business loss due to temporary service interruptions.
7. Cancellation & Termination
Notice: Cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Early Termination: Remaining balance becomes due immediately for 12-month plans.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the courts of Antwerp.
